She is consistently fine tuning the buyer's needs, keeping her eye on new inventory, price reductions and previewing as much inventory as possible in order to save buyers time. Her many years of experience qualifies her to council buyers in the decision-making process, ensuring all questions are addressed and buyers feel confident with their decisions.

Emilio has been with the team for 4 years. He is bilingual and a dedicated professional. Easy to work with, proficient in his work and eager to please our clients, Emilio is available to answer questions, schedule appointments and follow-up. Once a listing is under contract, Emilio and Georgeé stay in constant contact with the cooperating agent, the mortgage company, title company and everyone associated with the transaction. Together, they make sure everyone involved is doing their job.

A past client of Georgeé & Company, Terry has been with the team professionally for over 3 years. Detail oriented, efficient and organized, Terry is a marketing treasure. She is responsible for the production of Georgeé’s Gallery, brochures and flyers, plus Miami Herald advertising, and maintenance of 4 web sites. She also handles all internal accounting and payroll duties.
