Team Members and Responsibilities
| Georgeé Kluck • Team Leader
23 year professional, consistently ranked in the top of her field. Georgeé has fine tuned her business and service by developing a team she considers the best in the business. Her focus is staying abreast of the market, market trends and continually seeking out ways to better serve her clients. Georgeé works with all team members to see that the job is getting done in the most professional, effective manner. Georgeé studies the market on a daily basis, communicates personally will all buyers and all sellers, assists the buyer agent in finding properties for buyers, negotiates contracts, closely follows individual loan processes and oversees all marketing.
| Terry Rodriguez • Marketing Coordinator
A past client of Georgeé & Company, Terry has been with the team professionally for over 5 years. Detail oriented, efficient and organized, Terry is a marketing treasure. She is responsible for the production of Georgeé’s Gallery, brochures and flyers, plus additional advertising, and maintenance of multiple web sites. She also handles all internal accounting and payroll duties.
| Charlie Kluck • Short Sale Specialist
Charlie heads our in-house short sale department. With over 25 years of banking experience, Charlie is adept at setting realistic expectations for all parties and his expertise ensures a smooth transaction. If you’re involved in short sale with us, Charlie will keep you advised throughout this labor-intensive process.
| Kendra Decker • Listing Assistant
Kendra has had a passion for real estate from a very young age. Right out of high school she began work at a property management company, learning the essentials of real estate and customer service. For over 20 years, Kendra has worked with residential and commercial real estate companies, developers and top producing agents. As listing assistant at Georgee & Company, Kendra is our point person for seller services.
| Karen Helber • Buyer Showing Assistant
Karen Graduated with a BS in Finance from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan and experienced a successful career path with National Bank of Detroit (now Chase) as a commercial loan officer. After taking some time off to raise her children Karen decided to pursue a career in real estate. Her background in administration and finance makes Karen a stickler for details. As Buyer Showing Assistant for Georgee & Company, Karen knows the ins-and-outs of every home in our inventory. As a seller, you can be sure Karen will highlight the value points of your home to potential buyers. As a buyer, Karen will make sure the homes you see match your needs and wants.
| Julie Plooy • Administrative Executive
Easy to work with, proficient in her work and eager to please our clients, Julie is available to answer questions, schedule appointments and follow-up. Once a listing is under contract, Julie and Georgeé stay in constant contact with the cooperating agent, the mortgage company, title company and everyone associated with the transaction. Together, they make sure everyone involved is doing their job.
